NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the members of the Cranbrook Archives, Museum & Landmarks Society (the “Society”) will be held as follows:
Date: Thursday, May 21, 2026
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: Fort Steele Heritage Town
Purpose of the Meeting:
Agenda:
1. Welcome and Opening Remarks
2. Approval of Minutes from the Previous AGM
3. Presentation of the Annual Report
4. Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report
5. Election/Re-election of Board Members
6. Plans and Initiatives for the Upcoming Year
7. Member Questions and Open Discussion
8. Any Other Business (AOB)
9. Closing Remarks
Record Date / Eligibility to Vote:
All members in good standing as of June are entitled to receive notice of, attend, and vote at the AGM.
Quorum:
Quorum for the meeting will be established in accordance with the Society’s bylaws.
Meeting Materials:
Meeting Materials will be available at the AGM
RSVP / Attendance Confirmation:
Members are requested to confirm attendance by May 19th, 2026.
Following the AGM, members are invited to attend a Members’ BBQ and appreciation event at Fort Steele Heritage Town.
