Fall Day Camp – Cranbrook Ed; The Elephant Run

What happens when an elephant escapes from a travelling circus and ends up wandering through the streets of Cranbrook? You get one of the wildest stories in our local history!

Join us for a day discovering the true story of Cranbrook Ed, the young elephant whose unexpected adventure became a memorable part of Cranbrook’s past. We’ll explore Ed’s incredible story, learn about the city he visited, and, weather permitting, head downtown for a mini walking tour to connect the story to Cranbrook today.
