Welcome and Opening Remarks \n2. Approval of Minutes from the Previous AGM \n3. Presentation of the Annual Report \n4. Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report \n5. Election/Re-election of Board Members \n6. Plans and Initiatives for the Upcoming Year \n7. Member Questions and Open Discussion \n8. Any Other Business (AOB) \n9.
